I'm sure the place is nice but unfortunately, we never found out because we never made it past the front desk. My husband went in to see if they had someone to help us with our bags and he was greeted with a back and forward argument that he was my Uber driver lol? A friend of mine told us that the place is renowned for catering to us foreigners but God forbid a Guatemalan walks in... racist place, so we'll take our money somewhere that doesn't treat my husband like garbage 🤷♀️
I have nothing but high praise for this hotel! They are definitely one of, if not the best hotel in the area. You can't beat the price either! Staying here feels like heaven since the owners and servers really cater to all your needs. They even arranged our transportation from coban to the capital. If you are new to Guatemala like we were, definitely give this hotel a thought.

This is a cute little hotel to stay in. It doesn't have that many amenities and such but the rooms are nice and cozy. Theres a nice garden outside. It can get very cold at times but its manageable. It's about a 3 hour drive away from Semuc Champey.
